This Wordpress Theme comes with all layered psd files, a visual help guide and in two languages: English/German.
Check the screenshots for a preview of the admin area.
Additionally you may get the layered PSD only, or just the coded XHTML template for use in the cms of your choice. Use the buttons below to navigate.
The Theme Features:

Templates:-
- Parent theme with child themes for stress free theme updates. Create your own child theme or modify one of the ones provided,
- Simple Breadcrumb navigation,
- Products are set using posts and categorized in single first level categories,
- The Home page:
- displays the title of each category along with a thumbnail image of the most recently posted product from each category
- The Category page:
- displays the title of each product along with it’s thumbnail image,
- links to the details (single) page as well as displays a button to directly add the item into the shopping cart
- The Single Page:
- displays the title of each product along with it’s thumbnail image,
- displays "Other Views" of the same product using a mini-gallery of images,
- Displays upto 5 titles of related products based on the category currently being viewed.
- Sidebar:
- displays the Shop’s Categories,
- Search feature,
- displays "Recently Added" (upto 3) products with a thumbnail,
- "Track your order" search feature for your customers to track the status of their order,
- and is widget ready.
Widgets:-
Widget ready Sidebar.
Images:-
- The thumbnail images are added using custom fields,
- The "Other Views" mini-gallery is added using Wordpress’ native Gallery feature.

I would like to know if this has an option to have various option for selection in each product becuse the product comes in different colour and size

if you have a look at the “Types of products you may add:” section above you’ll see that the answer to your question is yes
You can have as many options you like. They were designed with complete flexibility in mind so that people can create all the options that they need for their products.

Cristian, what you see on this page is not a plugin. The shop functionality is in the theme so purchasing the theme will be your only cost in having a Wordpress e-commerce theme

Great theme here!! Is there the ability to create a product that is available in more than one category? As you can in regular Wordpress posts??

Hello Chris,
as the products are actually posts the short answer to your question is yes.
However depending of how you plan to use your categories it may be more effective and practical to use custom taxonomies (eg. tags but not only). It would be interesting to know what you have in mind exactly. Send me an email if you’d like to talk about it further

Thanks for your response, you’ve answered what I thought was the case. I don’t need it to do anything too clever, I just wanted to make sure that I would have the option to be able to create a product, and allow it to be shown in more than one category, if necessary.

I am confused – is this a standalone theme that offers eCommerce and payment processing?
Or does it use the free wp-eCommerce plugin?
No need to be confused- the theme’s ecommerce funtionality does NOT depend on any plugins- free or commercial. Otherwise this would be clearly stated in the description

This is a great looking theme and I’m really interested in buying it. I would like the functionality to create a blog page similar to the one found on the WpShop-Reloaded page.
Is there anyway I can get that additional file (I’m assuming blog.php) with this theme?

Glad you like the theme. If you want the blog functionality why don’t you go with the wpShop reloaded? The thing is, it involves more than just adding one template.
I’m curious however, what is it that you prefer on the original wpShop?
You know, originally I liked the wpShop because it went straight to the categories but looking over the Reloaded one.. maybe that would be the best bet, especially since it already includes the blog…

I had another question about sidebar widgets. The category break down is great but are there any other ways of displaying break downs based on lets say, price or color.. etc?
But yeah, great themes though, they are really impressive!
@ Matt: Well, having a “by colour” or “by price” is possible with custom taxonomies. It’s a whole subject of it’s own but yes it is possible just the code it’s not there in the theme – yet.

Hi Sarah, great looking theme and I have a few questions: 1) i need to have a different looking home page than the “shopping” pages look. can i do that easily with this theme? 2) can i have tangible as well as digital products in one cart? 3) i’d also like to have the blog-like feature available as well. do you anticipate including that with this theme soon? thanks in advance!
Kesha, if you need a static home page and a blog then allow me to recommend the wpShop reloaded as that particular theme is created for people like yourself with those wishes abou the wpShop theme
By the way all our ecommerce themes (with the exception of eGoods) can handle both tangible and download goods in one cart.

I purchased WP Shop yesterday and am in the process of adding products. I can’t seem to get it to work properly. I am experimenting in the Boys section. The photos don’t come up the way they should. Also have added products with attributes and nothing shows.
Help please as I need to have this up and running by the end of this week. I sent an email last night but no response yet.

Hi there, I’m an affiliate so would be interested in the product specific pages directly linking to the merchants deeplink. Is this a possible or does your theme require everything to be purchased on the main site itself?
Andrea, no It’s not difficult to build in, however if you are wanting to sell affiliate products then you will be interested to know that “The Clothes Shop” will have that mode build in. The other themes will get this feature with the next round of updates.
I would strongly recommend that you consider the new theme (The Clothes Shop) as it has many new features that the other theme don’t have yet.

Hello, I love this theme and I have a question, Is there any way to config the check with no paypal or such? Because I would like to have at the checkout page just confirmation for email and shipping address and the info to send money by email, I am not from USA, so I would use deposit/bank transfer option.

You have both options you want eg.
Under Shop modes: -> Inquiry mode: Sends Shopping Cart contents as email inquiry to merchant
Under Payment Gateways -> Bank transfer in advance
Is anyone using this on Godaddy? I’m having a lot of trouble when I get to step 5 of the installation wizard saying that the wpshop folder is still writable even though I have removed the “write” permission – I called Godaddy and got nowhere, my client needs site up ASAP. Thanks

I’m confused about how you feel comfortable selling your system internationally with no disclaimer (since you offer localization thus making us feel confident that we can make the necessary changes.).
Can you recommend a plugin or algorithm to solve this issue?

All our eCommerce themes are translation ready meaning that the WordPress files are localized and ready for any localization plugin to be use to extract the text and generate the .mo and .po files that WordPress requires to display the localized text.
The plugin we recommend in our Documentation is the Codestyling Localization plugin.

You get 1 single use license per purchase so if you want to use the theme on more than one site you will need to purchase a new license for each.

This is possible with our newer themes so I would greatly encourage you to consider one of those (Clothes, Furniture or Jewelry) for your needs as the code has greatly improved since the wpShop was released.
