Theme Support

So you have seen my themes and you are interested in one (or some) of them. Perhaps among the first things asked already at the beginning is the question of support.

I have prepared, what I believe, are the most common questions regarding support. If you have a question that’s not addressed here, please fell free to contact me. I will also update this section as questions come up. Thank you for reading.

Do the themes come with support?
Yes! All themes come with a detailed help file. I also provide my contact details (email) in the read-me file as well as my skype contact info for direct assistance.

Does the support cost something? If so, how much?
Basic support comes at no extra cost!
This free support involves answering questions and clarifing points in setting up the theme as well as bug fixing*. It also includes, over skype, step by step assistance walk-through if requested.

Basic support, however, does not include complete redesign, requests of additional features and functions that the theme does not already have as well as errors caused as a result of someone other than ourselves altering the original code.
Such requests can be fulfilled upon agreement and will be charged extra. In other words, you be specific as to what you need and we’ll give you a quote.

*Although we do our best to thoroughly test out themes, errors may be still surface. This is not uncommon as no code or theme can remain error free in a constantly changing technological enviroment. In view of this, we do our best in improving our code and functions as errors are reported back to us.

I would like some new features added in. Can you do this for me? How much will it be?
If a custom request is a feature that is requested by a few people then we may consider building it in. The theme is then updated with the new functionality available for all at the cost of just the time you need to go and download the new version from Theme Forest. If your request is just that, your request then there’s 2 options: either you find/encourage other potential customers to vote for it or you hire us for some custom work.

How fast will my issues be addressed?
We respond to support email requests within 24 hours / 5 days a week, many times within the hour the email has landed in our email account!
If a bug report is already being addressed and the theme is undergoing an update then you, like everyone else, will receive the fix when the update has been completed.

But I’m on a deadline. My project should have been delivered to the client yesterday!
Emails are answered on a "first arrived, first answered basis". We have established a reliable record (see "What Customers Say") of handling support issues in a timely and profecional manner and very often going beyond the call of duty so, please, do not "push" you deadlines on us as this will not move you up in queue!

What about updates? Do I have buy the theme again when an update is out?

No, once you have purchased a theme from us you are entitled to all updates for free – for life!
